A dreamer and a dream

I was just sleeping quietly in my room,
when your picture came into my dreams.
I saw you as a warrior armed with love,
I saw you as a prince crowned with hope,
I saw you as a dream filled with truth….

I was dreaming and then everything changed.
Night became day,
lies became truth,
loneliness became forgotten…
In my dreams, I had a vision
and music filled my ears,
a beautiful sound of your voice.

Silence became music,
madness became joy,
when I finally opened my eyes and saw…
This wasn’t a dream.
It was real!

Confusion

There is a song I like
Speaks about peace and love
Every time I hear it,
I start singing.
Even though I am not peaceful
Even though I am not in love…
Maybe I am.
But I don’t want to admit it to the world.
To myself.

I am confused.
Always questions in my head.
Why you?
Why you appear in my dreams?
Why are you so significant for me?
Why?

I am confused.
Maybe if I kiss you,
I will find the answer.
Or maybe, be even more confused.

God, help me…

I see you

I see you always,
even in the biggest crowd and the biggest place
I see you always
even when my eyes are closed and when I am alone
I see you always
even when you are not around or even near
I see you always
and you will never disappear.

I see you always
in the eyes of every person I meet
I see you always
in my heart, with every heartbeat
I see you always
trust me, and I will never stop
cause I keep you in my eyes
just like a teardrop….

My imagination

I love my imagination
I can be whoever I want to be
I can hug whoever I want to hug
I can travel the world in mere seconds
I can fly above the clouds
I can see through the fog
I can run as fast as light
I can touch the stars with the fingers
I can dance with the moon
I can make flowers grow with one touch on the earth
I can play with the trees among the branches
I can be brave and invincible
I can say everything I want to say
I can do anything…

In reality, so many things are difficult
Especially when you want to say something
But the fear is stopping you
And you lose everything that you love
And you lose the one you love…

I love my imagination
I can just be together with you any time
I can hold your hands
I can kiss your lips
Without judgement and fear
Without doubt
Because in my imagination
Our love is real
And mutual.

Perfume

Tiny bottle of perfume,
in my tiny hand.
The smell reminds me of you.
I keep it all these years
hidden in my drawer
because it reminds me of you..

I had that smell on me
when I met you for the first time
When I shook your hand with mine
And heard your name…

I had that smell on me,
when I was around you
And every time I smell that perfume,
I see your face in front of me.

I kept the empty bottle
But somehow the smell is still there
And when i take it in my hands
Instantly I go back in time.
I go back to you…

Today,
I realized that all my hopes and dreams
about us being together
are buried into the ground.

I took the bottle of perfume
and threw it away.

I do not need reminders of you anymore.
It hurts too much.

I will always love you,
and keep you in my heart.
But it is over.
And the perfume is gone.

Solitude

I like my solitude
I find it very comforting
I enjoy in the silence
Having the time to think about everything
To imagine everything that you want
Sometimes my music is there
Just to give a soundtrack to my thoughts
So I can shake my feet
and write at the same time
So I can give rhythm to my story
The passion is already there
My inspiration is close to me
and it’s giving me strength to fight
my way through the words
I think I am lucky
because I am so freakishly in love
and I don’t even admit it to anyone
Why don’t I just make the step forward?
Just simple kiss
Just simple hug
And things would be so much better
They would have a happy ending
So many truths I find in solitude
So many images I get in my mind
But somehow
I don’t find the courage to face my fears
Just a simple kiss
Just a simple hug
And my fears would vanish
My heart is telling me that I am strong
That everything will be ok
That I will not fall down and break
But how does my heart know?
My heart is silly
My heart is naïve
My heart is still in one piece…
